River Tees Rediscovered - Client meeting

Today we met with the client to show the first draft of the video, prior to the client arriving I wrote down possible questions to ask them:

• What do you like about the video? 
• Do you like the font used?
• Do you think each project gets enough screen time?
• Do you like that we included an interview?
• Do you think it is long enough? 
• Do you think it emphasises and raises enough awareness of what the projects do? 
• Is there any changes you want making?

On 7th December the client came in and we had a meeting where we showed them the video and asked for feedback and improvements. The feedback we received was very positive, they really liked the overall video, especially the upbeat music which helped create a good pace and tempo, which they liked. They were impressed by and enjoyed the range of shots we included, liking the fact that we included an interview and people in the shots to show the involvement. They asked for only minor changes, they especially loved the music and variety of shots. The logo needs to be changed as they have updated their logo; we will also need to include partner logos as well as updated fact and figures. There was one section of the video which they want to be changed, the editing was choppy and edited to the beat which the client didn't like therefore we will change this.
