Unit 29: Week Update

Monday 12th October: Now that our presentations are over we now need to come up with our own idea for a music video, today we sat as group and looked at a wide range of songs and music videos, we looked at genres each of us like and tried to come up with ideas for videos on the spot, which was very hard. TH and MD had already come up with their music video idea, or the basis for the song at least, so we looked at their song choice and tried to visualise the video; we didn't think too much into the logistics of it but the overall view and look of the video and the styles used. 

Thursday 15th October: We worked independently to write our pitch proposals for our own song, not talking as a group.

Monday 19th October: As a group we presented our pitches to Kelly, this gave each of us and Kelly the ability to hear everyone's ideas and Kelly would choose the best idea which would test us and our ability but also be the most feasible and whether it is possible in the time frame.

Thursday 22nd October: After being told TH's idea will be our group's music video we started the pre-production paperwork for it, and ensured that everyone in the group knew about the idea. We looked at the basic information such as how many actors are needed, locations and sets, any problems that might occur.
